Leaders reaffirmed their commitment to multilateralism and to reinforcing regional cooperation mechanisms that prioritize the well-being of citizens and the resilience of democracies. Four key instruments were adopted: the Environmental Charter of Ibero-America, the Ibero-American Charter of Digital Principles and Rights, the Strategy for Food Security, and the Ibero-American Communiqué on International Financial Architecture. These agreements reflect a comprehensive vision of sustainability, digital transformation with rights-based safeguards, and equitable recovery strategies. Participants called for greater solidarity, fairer trade relations, and inclusive governance frameworks that support social cohesion and empower vulnerable groups.
